New Online Banking Experience

We are excited to announce that American Bank is preparing to launch a new and improved online banking and mobile app experience on April 14, 2025! Over the past several months, we have been working behind the scenes to enhance our products and services, ensuring a seamless and more powerful digital banking experience for you.

To facilitate this upgrade, please be aware of the following temporary service interruptions:

  • Thursday, April 10th 8 a. m. – until Monday, April 14th 9 a.m.
    • Bill Pay will be unavailable
    • ATMs will be available for cash withdrawals only
  • Friday, April 11th 3 p.m. – until Monday, April 14th 9 a.m.
    • Online, Mobile, and Telephone Banking will be unavailable
    • All digital services will be unavailable
    • ATMs will be available for cash withdrawals only

To ensure a smooth transition, please complete the following by Wednesday, April 9:

  • Call your preferred branch if your contact information (phone or email address) has changed
  • Conduct any necessary transactions in advance
  • Retain external transfer and e-alert information as it will not transfer to the new system

Additional steps we suggest for commercial customers:

  • Maintain all copies of ACH batch information, as it will not move to the new system
  • Maintain all information from wire templates, if applicable, as it will not move to the new system
